Anxiety. Depression. Trauma. Suicidal thoughts. Local young people are in danger of giving up on their
futures and on themselves.

That’s where Spark comes in. We are a mental health service offering mentoring and counselling support to 11–23-year-olds and their families in the Epping Forest area. For free, and for as long as these young people need it. To secure these services for the next 2 years, we need your donations now. We are a charity and we get no statutory funding from government. It costs us £80,000 a year to keep our service running. This means we have to raise funds through grant applications and through donations from individuals, community-based companies and local churches. Anything you can give will help pay for a mentoring or counselling session for local young people who desperately need it.

We continue to increase our provision year on year to meet demand, with our core team and 60+ volunteers providing one-to-one support in 2021/22 for more than 200 individuals through almost 4,000 counselling and mentoring sessions.
